The Haida Nation makes an Application for Judicial Review of decisions of the Minister of Forests of the Province of BC. It is claimed that the transfer of tree farm licenses to Weyerhaeuser was outside the jurisdiction of the province of BC. BC claims that it was acting in accordance to powers set out in the Forestry Act.
